The project is organized in 6 workpackages that are managed by the operative units considering the following nomenclature:

• RU1 is the Università degli Studi di Pavia
• RU2 is the Università degli Studi di Genova

Moreover, Inside the RU2 the involved departments are:

• RU2a is the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Meccanica, Energetica, Gestionale e dei Trasporti
• RU2b is the Dipartimento di Architettura e Design

The project is based on the following workpackages:

WP1 -Design and test case definition. 

WP2 – Dynamic analyses. 

• WP2a - Integrated machine dynamic analysis: Dynamic simulations to define integrated machine behaviour and global efficiency.

• WP2b Dynamic building simulation (Leader: RU2b): hourly analyses to be performed on the significant test cases.

WP3 – CTES (Cold Thermal Energy Storage) analyses: will be considered: meeting cooling demand, staggered loading/unloading of PMC’s, optimisation of management operations, cost reduction and use of renewable sources.

WP4 – Building integration and water production: considering both simulation and experimental results.

WP5 – Exploitation and dissemination.

WP6 – Coordination.
